Tip of the hat to Rob McKenzie for giving us the initial idea to capture our travels on video. He kick-started the trend with his filming of our Cyprus trip and meister (partly-fictional) commentary. Ever since, it's proved to be an excellent way to capture the memories of a place, and in part to enjoy it over and over again.

Over time we've found that making videos is a hobby that gets more and more complex as you try to improve it. Not least, you find yourself spending much more time trying to capture or re-take the perfect clip whilst you're out and about on your travels. For this reason, we've found that taking video when you're on your own agenda (U.S. road-trip for example) to be the most enjoyable.

We'd recommend to everyone to give it a shot. Capture some nice steady footage, edit the highlights, and you'll have a memory that lasts forever.
