Multi-Day Treks
Multi-day treks refer to trips that span multiple days and involve either carrying all of your camping gear yourself, or if you're really clever, getting somebody or something to carry it for you. We've done it both ways, each being very rewarding, with perhaps a slight edge to the self-sufficiency option as it feels truly adventurous.

You'll need thighs of steel if you're planning an unaided trip of 3 days or more. The ol' backpack can get pretty heavy with all of that camping gear, food, utensils, cheese board, jacuzzi, etc. especially if you're lugging cold/wet weather gear also.

As you can see from the star ratings below, the multi-day trips can be some of the most rewarding travel and adventures you'll ever do. Seems some of the special places out there are more than a day-trip away - hooray - keeps the couch potatoes at bay!
